Return and Refund Policy

We only accept returns for orders placed through the official WUJIE website. If you intend to request a return, please refer to the following points.

1. Time Limit for Accepting Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, only products with quality issues will be considered for return.

2. Conditions Applicable for Returns/Exchanges and Refunds

All returns must be authorized by customer service. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in good condition, and with all original accessories and packaging intact. Items are only eligible for a no-reason return if the original packaging (including shrink wrap and product labels) is intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return.

If the return is due to reasons caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs, with the specific fee determined by the courier company you choose.

If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the shipping costs.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from your final reimbursement.

Note: Any item not in its original state, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only receive a partial refund.

Step One:

Please contact us as soon as possible and send us a video of you using the product.

Step Two:

After you have watched our instructional video and demonstrated that you were unable to resolve the product's functional issue, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.

3. Measures to Take for Returns/Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wujieqh.com. In the email, write your order number and the reason for the return, and attach photos of the product you wish to return. We will confirm the required information about you within 2 business days.

Please note that returns must be sent to the required address as confirmed via email by our customer service team.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions via email on how and where to send the package. You can then choose any logistics provider you prefer to send the item to us.

Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us to confirm the return address and method before sending the goods.

4. How Long Does it Take to Receive a Refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 24 hours. The time required for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your bank's processing time.

5. Costs Incurred from Returns/Exchanges

We do not charge a handling fee for returns/exchanges. If the return is due to a product issue, we will cover the postage required for the return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Order Cancellation:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept order cancellations once an order is placed, regardless of the platform used. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
